DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING
For all orders, we require 5 to 7 business days to process them. This time may vary due to product stock shortages or if your order includes a customization. In the case of a customized jersey, the processing time is 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver worldwide as quickly as possible, offering an International Shipping service to ensure your orders are received safely and securely no matter where you are. A tracking number will be provided for each order, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Costs – Customs Fees
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except during promotional offers (e.g., free shipping for purchases over €100).

Shipping costs are calculated prior to order confirmation by the Seller, based on the shipping method selected by the customer.

As with any imported product, customs may inspect your package. Please note that prices do not include customs duties or potential import fees, which are solely the Customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders placed from December 1st onward are not guaranteed to be delivered before December 24th.

Once your order is placed, we require 5 to 7 days to process it. After processing, shipping and delivery times range between 10 and 21 days.

Delivery times may be extended during December. We advise you to place holiday gift orders well in advance.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your package during transit.

Special Mention: An exception applies to our friends in the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM). Unfortunately, we must inform you that free shipping is not available for these locations due to the high cost to the company. Delivery times may exceed 30 days. We apologize for these delays.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You have a maximum of 24 hours to cancel your order.

A cancellation fee of 15% of the total payment (including shipping fees) will apply to all cancellations.

REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY
If 60 days have passed since the shipping date of your order and you have not received your package, New Zealand Jerseys commits to refunding your order in full.
